Hi! I'm April and I want to inspire you on your journey to vibrant health. I have been fascinated with movement, nutrition and alternative healing for over twenty years. At the tender age of four, I began my love affair with dance: ballet, tap, jazz, modern, lyrical, & hip-hop. Fourteen years ago, a crippling bout of sciatica nerve pain led to my discovery of the healing power of Pilates. Seven years ago, various health struggles for myself and my children led to the adoption of a gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, whole-foods diet. That process transformed our lives, health, and overall well-being.
Now my life's passion lies in assisting others to create optimal health, dynamic energy, and freedom from chronic, inflammatory conditions. Are you a working mother fed up with her child's ADHD behavior? Maybe a retired grandfather struggling with rheumatoid arthritis? Perhaps an exhausted, stressed-out college student struggling with weight gain? I would be honored to inspire and support you on your road to a vibrant life!
