As a Certified Holistic Health Consultant, I practice an individualized approach to health and wellness. We all have different genetic makeups, unique food preferences, various life experiences. Not one diet works the same for everyone. My "whole-istic" view also examines how other areas of your life are connected. I believe the quality of overall wellness is influenced by our emotional state, lifestyle stressors, daily habits, physical activity, relationship dynamics, and social circumstances. My dietary approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. I do not create a lengthy list of "eat this not that". Most diets are based on deprivation and caloric expenditure. Instead, I foster a supportive environment that enable my clients to nourish a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
